Description
A deposit is necessary in order to reserve a bed. The deposit is refundable upon the completion of a resident’s commitment at Hartman House, assuming no property has been damaged or is missing and a full 14 days notice has been given of departure date. Necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding debts/balances may be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is refundable solely at the discretion of The Hartman House, LLC.
