For clients who need full-time support we provide a comprehensive Case Management. This includes daily accountability, appointment and schedule management, individualized recovery planning, coordination with clinical teams, medication management, family collaboration, local and reasonable transportation, and support with school, employment, and life-skills development. Our goal is to ensure clients and families feel fully supported during this vulnerable stage of early recovery.
